Eligibility for Returns:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

• Unused and in original condition

• In its original packaging with all tags attached

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If your refund hasn’t appeared after this time, please contact your bank or payment provider.

Non-returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as undergarments, accessories, or customized products) are not eligible for return unless faulty.
